You must arrive 10-15 minutes before class.
Cancelation policy is a minimum of 12 hours before class to get a class credit. Less than 12 hours class is not credited.

SLOW BURN BARRE – Intensity Level: 🍑🍑
This class is all about enjoyment. Slower, isometric exercises, more repetitions, and calmer music. In these 60 minutes, we’ll show you how to do an intense workout with a sense of calm.

BARRE FLOW – Intensity Level: 🍑🍑🍑
This is our signature class! Dynamic and fun, with a focus on toning. Watch out, your legs will shake!

BARRE BLAST – Intensity Level: 🍑🍑🍑🍑
Want to sweat a little? Don’t worry, like all our classes, you can adjust the exercises to your ability. We mix barre exercises with cardio. We raise the heart rate and enjoy it to the fullest!

VINYASA YOGA – Intensity Level: 🍑🍑
Each pose (asana) flows into the next in a fluid and natural way. We combine breath and movement mindfully to activate our inner energy (prana) and feel the body-mind-spirit connection.

PILATES FLOW – Intensity Level: 🍑🍑
Designed to strengthen, stretch, and balance the body. We link different exercises through smooth transitions, creating a continuous flow of movement. You’ll improve your posture, flexibility, and body awareness.
